ODD uses On-Premises, Hosted Cloud and Shared Cloud as its deployment models. Hybrid is not presented as a separate ODD deployment model.

On-Premises IP PBX
Your infrastructure. ODD-managed communications.
Run 3CX within your organisation’s own infrastructure while ODD designs, configures and manages the communications platform. Suitable for organisations that require greater control over infrastructure, security architecture or local systems.

Hosted Cloud IP PBX
Your dedicated PBX. Hosted and managed by ODD.
A dedicated 3CX environment without the need to operate the PBX hosting infrastructure yourself. ODD provides the hosting, deployment, configuration and ongoing management of the communications platform.

Shared Cloud IP PBX
Business communications made simple.
A standardized ODD-hosted 3CX service for smaller organisations that need professional business communications without a dedicated PBX environment. Hosting, managed service and included SIP capacity are combined into a predictable service.

Appropriate redundancy, backup and Disaster Recovery options are considered according to the selected architecture and service requirements.
